Our Colorado State tree is the Colorado Blue Spruce. Unfortunately, the National Champion tree is located in UTAH! If you know of, or find, an extremely large blue spruce, please lt us know, or call Bill Nobles at the Archuleta County Extension Office (970-264-9531). Whoever finds a champion tree receives a certificate, so let's bring home the award for our own state tree, the Colorado Blue Spruce.
